We normally use steels1.2344, 1.2083, 420, S136, SKD61, SKH51, bronze etc for the precision parts , the steels 1.2083 and S136 both are stainless steels, they provide good corrosion resistance, rust prevention and excellent polish performance, they are good for bottle caps, lens and medical products molds. Some parts require titanium plating, DLC coating, or nitriding treatment to increase wear resistance and lifespan.

Nowadays, customers have an increasingly high demand for appearance. Some customers require complex 3D patterns. We usually use 5-axis CNC machining of electrodes and then use EDM machines to produce the exquisite 3D patterns parts for customers.
