We have about 30 years of experience in die casting mold building and die casting core & inserts machining for auto parts, electrical appliances, motor accessories, furniture, lighting etc, among them, die-casting molds, die-casting cores and inserts for auto parts are our main products, we supply them to BMW, Honda, Toyota, Volkswagen, BYD and other companies’suppliers.

Advanced machines are the foundation of quality, we have 144 sets of various production machines and 14 sets of inspection equipment, 170 pcs inspection calipers and micrometers. such as Okuma and FANUC CNC machines ,Okuma CNC lathes ,Makino EDM machines etc, high accuracy up to 0.002mm. It is a large number of advanced and professional equipment that enables us to have sufficient production capacity to complete customers' orders with quality and quantity.

Besides, our factory has an professional design team, we can help customers complete 3D modeling, product design, mold design work. our engineers have good experience in ensuring mold life, reducing mold production cycle and ensuring product accuracy.
