We have about 30 years of experience in plastic mold and precision parts machining.

We make all kinds of molds, such as bottle cap molds, medical molds, electrical product molds, and automobile molds so on. we are especially good at various bottle cap molds for wine, medical and food products, most of the bottle cap molds we made are multi-cavity (like 8 cavities, 16 cavities, 24cavities, 32 cavities,48 cavities etc) and hot runner molds, the hot runner brands like Moldmasters, HUSKY, Synventive, YUDO etc. some customers require the molds work in the clean room, we use all stainless steel such as 1.2083, 1.2085, 420, 420H, S136, S136H on the mold base and mold shaping parts , some parts are coated with DLC, titanium plating, or nitriding treatment to increase parts’ wear resistance and lifespan.

Our cap molds’ production lifetime can reach 5 million shots or even 10 million shots. We have optimization design on the water lines for our molds, like 3D printing water line is widely used in our molds, which greatly shortens the molds production cycle. Normally our molds production cycle time are about 6~20s.

Long lifetime, short cycle time and good quality are our molds’ advantages, we will continuously strive to help customers reduce production costs.
