We normally use steels1.2344, 1.2083, 420, S136, SKD61, SKD51, bronze etc for the machining parts(core parts, mold inserts, shaping parts) , some parts require titanium plating or DLC coating for high wear resistance. the steels 1.2083 and S136 both are stainless steels, they provide good corrosion resistance, rust prevention and excellent polish performance, they are good for bottle caps, lens and medical products molds.

Good quality is base on strict quality control, we control our quality in each machining process. our dimension tolerance can reach +/-0.005mm~+/-0.01mm, to ensure the machining parts are consistent and interchangeable.
