To get good quality moulds,Nicety Mould built a very special and excellent mould technology for our production process.

When we get an order, and before mould design, our mould manager,mould designers,project engineers and related technology personnels in Nicety Mould always have a meeting to carefully study and discuss the new mould, and working-out the best solution for the new mould, draw on the wisdom of the masses, so it will reduce the mistake or disfigurement with the mould as few as possible.

After the mould design,before mould making,we will have a technology expert to check and approve the mould process technics. he will ensure all the work pieces can get good quality by using the right technics method.

 

When mould making, we have some special mould making process control instrumentalities as below:

-Special characteristics will be controlled by control plan throughout the mould making processing;
-Any change of mould will be get the confirmation be our work;
-All issues of technical or change will be communicated and shared with customer;
-Project management will be took care by project engineer with English communication.

Our Manufacturer capacity
-We are able to make about 30 sets moulds per month;
-The minimum tolerance we can reach is 0.005mm
-The maximal mould we can make is 1500mm X 2000mm.

Mould standard
-According to customer requirements for all mould construction;
-Most of our mold bases and standard components are from LKM. moreover we can according to customers' requirement to use HASCO. DME. RABOURDIN, FUTABA etc standard.
